The MOST APPALLING and HORRENDOUS customer service ever experienced by a Lash salon. To be treated unworthy and undervalued by puposely missing my calls knowing that I was calling to reschedule my appointment several days in advance, and to say that I didn't try other forms of communication such as Instagram and email, when was told not to even at the first stage of booking is just purely fabricated bullshit. NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY AT THIS PLACE OF A JOKE!!! LMAO.
