Upon arrival, I was greeted by someone who didn’t even know I had an appointment. I was told the lady who was meant to my waxing wasn’t in yet and when I asked again, where she was, the beautician finally arrived 10 minutes after my appointment was due to start with a coffee and had to still set up the room and warm through the wax. The appointment took over an hour, that I was rushing and had no time to check as my parking had ran out to later find a few days later that my wax wasn’t done properly with a line of hair on one leg from my knee down and random patches of hair over my leg. The beautician was extremely friendly however I wouldn’t go back to the Salon again as I had to go to a different salon today and get the rest of my leg hair removed properly. If it was a bit better organised such as the room already being set up before my arrival, instead of the rush of the treatment, I think the overall experience would have been better and I would have had my waxing done properly.
