Both therapist and receptionist seemed sweet. However the booking process is not transparent - website says to pay on the day of the appointment however I got a text message a few hours before my appointment that I had to call to pay a deposit otherwise my appointment could be cancelled. Where does the website state this policy? Moreover; I had booked a 40 min classic infill (Which is the original lash extension I had have done by the same salon a few weeks before) but was told off by the therapist when I arrived that this appointment doesn’t exist, it should be 1 hour apparently. I was made to feel guilty for choosing the “wrong booking”.
The therapist had to run to the bank before my appointment as well so we started a little later and because time was running up the eyelashes ended up looking look bare with some gaps and the look I had asked for was ignored. Not a massive deal for me as it’s not for a special occasion but I would go elsewhere next time and I wouldn’t recommend the service.
