Absolute rubbish service. First of all the website states that you pay upon arrival however, I was called a few days before my service was due to say that unless I made full payment on the phone my treatment would be cancelled. When I arrived for my treatment the technician suggested that I had been to the shop before and I was not able to do the wowcher deal for new customers. I HAD NEVER BEEN TO THIS DILAPIDATED SHOP BEFORE! Honestly the back of the shop looks dirty, the toilet looks like it went through a war and hasn't been cleaned. Then after my treatment, within a week over 50% of the lashes had fallen out and when I called they said it was normal. A complete joke and the secretary is very passively aggressive and sarcastic. Honestly she's too old to be an eyelash shop receptionist. Do something with your life hun, maybe you won't be so miserable. Maybe get an education?
