Eyelash technician was rude and did my eyelashes in 15mins leaving loads of gaps lots of the eyelashes fell out the next day. She was rolling her eyes at me saying I was late when I had been waiting to be seen for 20mins and the receptionist had just been on the phone ignoring me. So she said I wouldn’t get my full appointment which lead to me having a half done job. Would never go back again!

I want to give 5 stars but my phone is broken! Nina did a wonderful job with a full set of Russian lashes. She took time and is absolutely delightful. I will be going back.

when i arrived there was no receptionist for around 15mins and i was seen for my appointment late, i sat down to have my eyelashes done and was constantly moaned at during the treatment about my natural eyelashes being curled. it is less than 2 days later now and half the eyelashes on my right eye have fallen out now and it looks terrible im so disappointed i hope i can have a complimetary full set because this is terrible.
