My experience was good, didn’t know what to expect, but Shy made me feel very comfortable and talked me through all the stages, and I am really really please with the outcome, and look forward to my top up, also passed on HMB salon details to several colleagues at work. 👍🏽

Unfortunately I was not seen on time and the appointment seemed a little rushed. The therapist was very friendly and explained the process (my first lash extensions) - unfortunately there was a patch on my left eye with barely any lashes added. Two weeks later and I only have a few left.
