Unfortunately I was not seen on time and the appointment seemed a little rushed. The therapist was very friendly and explained the process (my first lash extensions) - unfortunately there was a patch on my left eye with barely any lashes added. Two weeks later and I only have a few left.

Staff and everyone were nice but quality of lash retention is extremely poor. I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years and tried here for the first time. But these have been the worst in terms of retention. I can only put it down to quality of glue or technician not gluing properly. Half fell out in less than a day.
