Good but appointment was slightly late

No one ever answers the phone, details about cancelling appointments are misleading as I received an email saying I could cancel up to an hour before my appointment, but the salon says their policy is 48hours, if my appointment was booked the day before how can I cancel it 48hours in advance? They will now not give me a refund for an appointment I wasn’t able to cancel due to no one answering the phones! - please note I rang continuously for over an hour. Poor service

Eyelashes have nearly all fallen out after a week and so would rate the eyelashes themselves as very low. However the actual salon experience was very nice
