No one ever answers the phone, details about cancelling appointments are misleading as I received an email saying I could cancel up to an hour before my appointment, but the salon says their policy is 48hours, if my appointment was booked the day before how can I cancel it 48hours in advance? They will now not give me a refund for an appointment I wasn’t able to cancel due to no one answering the phones! - please note I rang continuously for over an hour. Poor service

Eyelashes have nearly all fallen out after a week and so would rate the eyelashes themselves as very low. However the actual salon experience was very nice

Lovely experience with very friendly staff. Felt really welcome from the minute I stepped inside. Very relaxing atmosphere. Shy was very friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend!
