I would now describe myself as a regular at HMB salon as I have visited many times but I must say this time I was left disappointed. I booked in at 7pm for 1hr 25 min infill but was shocked when I walked out the salon, looked at my watch and it was 7:45pm. That's 40mins cut off my treatment time! It's such a shame because I usually always have a good experience here. If this was my first time at the salon I definitely would have rated lower and not come back. Fair enough I paid for treatment on offer but I don't feel I should receive any less. I was booked in with another technician that wasn't my regular but next time I will stick to what I know!

Had to wait a while to be seen but overall extremely impressed. I had microblading done and the whole process was thoroughly explained and was made to feel very comfortable throughout.
