I arrived there early for my luck on that day for the lash lady to be an hour late where they could have called to inform me beforehand. The lashes seemed nice but even thou they haven’t touched water for 2 days there are still moving around and I think the glue is also irritating my eyes making it itch and get red.

I got my lashes come on Tuesday 28th may and within 2-3 days, my lashes have been stripping and falling out constantly. The lashes are now patchy and on my left eye in particular, whenever I try to brush my lashes, they come out in the brush. I am extremely dissatisfied and would either like a complimentary full set ASAP or my money back. So upset by this!
