The lashes are now patchy and on my left eye in particular, whenever I try to brush my lashes, they come out in the brush. I am extremely dissatisfied and would either like a complimentary full set ASAP or my money back. So upset by this!

From the lady who took my call on the phone to shy who did my lashes I can't fault the service. There was some minor confusion with my booking when I got in and although the lady I was booked in with was off, shy picked up and accommodated me so well. She ensured I was comfortable and had a sweet personality. my lashes look just as the way I wanted them, I'm glad I let her do her thing! will defo be coming back :)
