My first and last visit.
My booking was for 16:50 for eyebrow wax & tint. I then had an eyelash extension booked in for 17:15 straight after. I arrived 2 minutes late BUT, sent a text to say I was running late due to traffic.
Got asked to take a seat at 16:55 and at 17:30, (35 minutes sitting with no one coming out to see me, especially my eyebrow beautician), my eyelash extension beautician came out to apologise she was running 10 minutes late for my 17:15 appointment, I appreciated that but my eyebrow beautician hadn't bothered to come and see me at all in that waiting time!. I wasn't offered a drink or an apology for my 16:50 appointment being late or for me sitting that length of time.
My eyelashes were amazing from Millie, she was super apologetic for the wait I had even although she wasn't doing my eyebrows.
My eyebrows were eventually done (rushed) at 18:30 and no apology for the wait!!! My beautician flapped so much as she had left her client to come to get me sorted. I booked an eyebrow wax & tint, she got her threads out so I had to remind her it was a wax, then after I got waxed, she said I was done but I had to point out that I was to get a tint too.....rushed and didn't care. Oh, eyebrows were okay. Shame really as I was hoping to return for micro-shading.
I was shocked I had to pay full price (okay, only £15 quid, but seriously, I'd of been happy if she offered a fiver off....), no gesture of goodwill on a discount if I returned, which I won't. Even when I was leaving, the competitive salon across the road was 'slagged off' and I was told that her salon was doing a better deal. yeah right love, shame your customer service & time keeping is appalling!
Luckily, the eyelash beautician is moving to another salon, (Hhmmmm), so I will be most definitely following her there as she was a gem.

Very nice experience, music could of been more relaxing and also would of been nice if they didn’t keep skipping songs. Other then that it was fine. Beautician was kind and calming , made me feel relaxed

Friendly welcome, lovely venue, good service, relaxing experience, would have been good to have been offered a mirror at the end of the session to see how the lashes looked. Thanks

Had my time changed, agreed a time was late admittedly so appointment was shortened and not as many lashes put on but by today all the lashes have fallen off. My experience was not nice.
