I arrived on time for my appointment , but had to wait an extra 10 mins because the beautician was running late.Then they completely forgot that I had booked for another treatment straight after which was eyebrow wax and tint, I was therefore offered eyebrow threading instead as they had not turned the wax on. I was not very impressed by this. The only redeeming factor was that the lady who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and chatty compared to the rest of the staff who were not at all. My friend has already asked me where I got my eyelashes done. But I’m afraid I told her I would not recommend this place as it did not feel very welcoming at all and gave a sense of unease which is the opposite to what you want to experience when getting a treatment.
