Initially on the day of treatment was surprised to receive a text to say treatment would now be changed 30 minutes later. Turned up shop shutters closed! Rang shop no reply! Then Treatwell to inform. Approached shop next door to make enquires, only to be told yes they are open, and that access could be through their shop, into the back garden, then up the fire escape!! I mean no notice of this no phone call to inform me of this disgraceful unprofessional time wasting process!!
