Massage was ok but ruined by the overall experience - would not recommend. I received a call just as I was about to leave& was told that my therapist was running 30-45mins late, can I attend later& the place was being redone so go up the back. Not ideal but fine, the back entrance is not grand at all, also fine. The upstairs was a mess and nothing like the images. Once in the massage the therapist told me she’d been waiting & I was late?? Clearly poorly managed operation. Too much oil used too.

I have been coming to HMB for a very long time for microblading and top up, Shy is amazing she always does a first class job and I trust her expertise and good advice and she is welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease, I always get compliments about my brows which really says it all and shows just how good Shy is at what she does

Deep Cleansing Facial
Dina, was very attentive and very experienced, made me feel so relaxed. The treatment was great value for money will definitely be returning back very soon. Well worth the treat if you fancy a hot stone treatment
Hot Stone Massage
I booked a deep cleansing facial with my husband at this salon. On the day we arrived, the front of the store was closed and they didn’t give clear direction to where we should enter. Then they pushed back my booking to 1 hour because the therapist was late. Then I waited an extra hour because the therapist was STILL LATE. They cancelled my husbands booking because there was no time. They were dishonest and I waited 2 hours. Noreen didn’t even extract my blackheads in the deep cleansing facial.
