The staff was extremely unprofessional. Kept changing my appointment time until last minute. Then asked me to go out for a walk as they are running late.My technician’s mouth was extremely smelly and the receptionist kept coming inside every couple of minutes to ask if she has finished and they need to move my room and they are running late and might have to lash me only on one eye. Terrible lashes which looked uneven and they did nothing for that and at the end they asked me to pay extra. BAD….

Noreen is really nice and the massage was too but in all honesty it wasn’t relaxing as she speaks a lot (the entire massage) and I just wanted to switch off but didn’t want to be rude.
Also I booked a 1 hour and 10 mins massage and only got 55 mins
I was disappointed with that as I really needed the time in full.
My fist massage here was also shorter than advertised.
Didn’t want to say any of this but I needed to be honest.
