The treatments are okay and the staff are okay here. The atmosphere is poor because there is nobody to greet you. You just walk into an empty entrance area and have no idea what to do apart from hope that somebody appears. The prices are confusing because they change randomly and the website is really poor and bad to get around and has little detail. The phone is never answered and the whole experience is lacking.

PRP for hair works amazingly well. I have new hair growth just after 1 treatment. Helps to do with hair filler and biotin shot. Amazed at how much thicker my hair looks.

The picture that appears in Treatwell is nothing to do with the real place. I arrived 5 min before my appointment of 11:30 and a girl came from a room to see who I was. At 11.45 still waiting in the reception I receive a email that they change my app for 12 without checking if that was ok. The treatment was very poorly of 45min not 60min with a weak back massage that let my hair totally messed. Never back again. I should have checked the negative feedbacks.The replies are crazy 0 accountability
