I’m sorry to be leaving a bad review but it’s not acceptable to have received a treatment which was applied incorrectly making it a waste of time on both our parts after being told I should have arrived half an hour earlier to be numbed, which was at no point communicated at time of booking, hence me losing nearly half my treatment time. Shy offered to do the treatment again complementary and I’m happy with but hasn’t returned calls or emails since. This needs to be sorted. Shy get in touch pls.
I booked a facial which I pre paid for on the Treatwell app, upon arriving at 3pm I was informed that my beautician had called in sick.which I understand however I was not informed. No text , no call not even an email. The lady there told me that the owner would call me in 30 min once she had finished with her client to discuss what would happen going forward. I received no call. All my calls went to voicemail. No effort was made to refund me as I had not received my facial. SCAM!
The atmosphere and staff are very professional and welcoming.
The receptionist Mara, always puts her best out by welcoming you with a smile and to make you feel comfortable.
Edris, is brilliant. She is very attentive with her cleansiness and health and safety.

Edris has amazing massage skills - it was the best massage I have had in a long while. My body has felt alot of relief since.
