Shy was professional, friendly and attentive. I was nervous about the microblading but Shy talked me through the process and made m feel at ease. I am really pleased with my eyebrows and would definitely recommend microblading with Shy at HMB to others.

The receptionist actually booked incorrectly so my treatment was cut short. With hindsight should have asked for a discount

I thought this message was for an hour as stated on my email, but I only received half an hour. I didnt realise until i checked the details when I got home. The massage was ok but it felt like the therapist was in a hurry. I was seen 20 minutes late for my appointment
