I love visiting HNC, the team are so welcoming and friendly and it's like visiting a relative you really like! Natalie is brilliant at knowing exactly what I want and is honest about whether it is achievable where necessary.
I'm a UK32/34 - the salon chairs are spacious and I don't feel squashed or like it's going to break even when Natalie raises or lowers me. The "waiting" and nail spot chairs have no arms and have never creaked worryingly when I sat on them.
