Charlotte is always fantastic. She does everything she can to make you feel welcome and put you at ease. Charlotte does a really good job and makes it as painless as possible, always checking in that you're ok. I've been coming to Charlotte for a while now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon is always clean and you're always greeted like an old friend.
