Excellent all round relaxing day

Amazing Spa facilities perfect for a special occasion. Public areas of the hotel are to an excellent standard however the rooms are very dated and not in a standard you would expect for the cost or the venue, undergoing a refurb so once complete I have no doubt we will return, until then we will hold off. Last minute.com booking did not go through and did not get room until 90 mins after arrival, will not book use last minute in future.

The experience booking through lastminute was shocking (Hoar Cross will be contacting them) but the staff at Hoar Cross fixed it all and were amazing. It’s a beautiful place and was such a great way to spend the day. I’d recommend not wasting a moment and getting there early as there is plenty to do. Food was also delicious!
