Good overall experience - receptionists were very friendly. There was some confusion over which stylist was meant to be cutting my hair which meant they switched after the consultation and I didn’t feel like I had chance to explain what I wanted to the new stylist. Luckily Danny did a good job anyway and did a really nice blow dry too!
