Happy with actual colour, however I was charged £22 extra on full head tint as “colour change” despite my asking beforehand at the patch test what I should book on Treatwell. Didn’t tell me this until after treatment was done. Poor communication.

I had an amazing experience at HOBS. Danny was the hairdresser looking after me and he was just amazing because he did exactly what I asked for. Honestly the best hairdressing experience I’ve had and for such a good price!
