The location is perfect. Nearby Baker Street Station. The staff is lovely but I wasn't very satisfied of the quality of the service...unfortunately the blow dry did last only few hours.

The actual salon and staff are nice, but unfortunately I really wasn't happy with how my hair turned out following my appointment. The colour I had wasn't what I had wanted or asked for which was a shame. Have been to the salon previously without any issues, but unfortunately I most likely wouldn't return after this recent experience.
