This was definitely not expected - my apoointment was at 2 but it started an hour later since hairdresser was busy with another client. Someone shampood my hair but then I had to wait almost half an hour after the shampoo. Even during the haircut, there were lot of interferences from other staff member talking to my hair dresser and he had to leave and go for few seconds. The hairdresser was good but my experience was extremely bad.
