Truly the worst haircut of my life. When I explained to the hairdresser I wear my hair straight I don't expect her to cut the worst layers I've EVER seen and bangs that are essentially exactly where you don't want them as you grow them out (I didn't have any bangs until she hacked it). Forced to go to another salon to get it evened up and fixed and now will be months to grow back out. I wouldn't come back here if they paid me to get my hair cut. Horrible.

This place is very good for blow dry but I think they need to organise themselves better for Monday morning. It is the second time it happened to me that they haven't checked and were surprised they had a booking first thing on Monday morning (10am) and had no staff available. On both occasions they did their most to accommodate me, and were successful, but could get is sorted now.

Had a great colour and cut again at Hobs. They are very attentive and always listen closely to what you want
