No one was there when I arrived at around 10.45 am (my appointment was for 11 am). The lights were all off and the shop next door didn't know if HOB were going to be open or not that day. I rang their number and no one answered. I stayed until just after 10.50 but then had to go. I therefore had to book an appointment elsewhere.
