Lovely friendly staff very accommodating of my last minute request. Great stylist I felt a million dollars!
I had my hair cut on a very busy bank holiday weekend, and although I was kept waiting the staff went above and beyond to ensure I comfortable.
I also loved my hair cut and will definitely be going back again.
On Time. Professional. They wanted to know what is your expectations before to start. Nice talking. Overall, a good experience for a Canadian who was travelling in London. Thanks to Alex.
Pros: wonderful stylist and staff. Very friendly and I loved my cut.
Cons: a little on the dirty side, shampoo bowls weren't thoroughly cleaned. Brushes had other people's hair still on them.
Overall I loved my cut and style so i could look past the cons. However I'm not sure it's the best bang for your buck.
