Pros: The receptionist was very friendly and so was my stylist. I was served pretty much immediately. The stylist was very attentive and provided his professional opinion where required. Cons: There was a bit of a sales push for products and filling out a Wella Questionairre on an iPad. Lastly the hairbrush that was used in my hair was loaded with someone else's hair which wasn't very pleasant.

I had a blowdry at HOB salons. The salon was clean and busy, the staff were very friendly. The blow dry itself was satisfactory but nothing spectacular.
