Romeo was incredible - he really knew what to do and was so friendly and lovely. When it was finished I had to pay more as I had booked the wrong thing, despite having spoken to someone before about what I wanted done. However, this was sorted so easily and they were lovely about it - just a nasty shock for my bank account!

Like the salon - nice without being too frilly. Only slightly negative aspect was that the stylist kept questioning the haircut I wanted (honestly nothing out of the ordinary), even though I clearly didn't want to engage in the discussion.
