Great blow dry and what I asked for

Not the best appointment. Gone was the open friendly Stylist, but she was running 30mins late. No apology, but the 2 women at reception had kindly explained my appointment was booked 15min later than I'd booked. I was happy to wait. It was a 30min wait for the Stylist who was quiet, though the girl who washed my hair was so open and chatty. The receptionists too. Great staff at Hobs. A Semi-average cut, though I felt the point of the scissors a few times on my neck.
