Excellent salon
Great results delivered in a comfortable and friendly environment
Having read the positive reviews I decided to give it a go and try the Hob salon, Belsize Park brunch. I booked half head highlight through Treatwell with a colour specialist, my schedule changed and I contacted Hob to move my appointment to a different date. They indeed moved my appointment and said that a colour director will do your hair! I was super excited! Went to the salon on Friday last week and to my surprise after a long wait someone else (junior I guess) was sent to do my hair! I wanted a fresh look for summer/spring! Instead I was left with a whole head bleached hair and had to pay an extra £50. I left and called them and explained to have a toner treatment and they said that only with the same stylist! I couldn’t do the date that they offered due to work commitments, they offered Friday and I have important meetings this week with high profile clients and have to look professional. I desperately asked today to have a toner treatment, I was told owner the phone that it is to come in. So I was there today at 5 pm and to my surprise, two hairdressers standing at the reception told me that we have no idea who asked you to come in! We don’t have any appointment until Friday! Very cold and somehow dismissive! I felt being treated with disrespect and completely dismissed! I paid in total £160 for a half head messed up bleached hair! Thank you Hob!
