Great haircut, very friendly staff, they had high quality products and really took their time! Definitely coming back !
Very happy with the quality of the colour. Slight hiccup on timing which meant that the appointment took a lot longer than it should have, but the colourist was very accommodating and made a special effort to make up for the inconvenience.

Really disappointing. they made my appointment an hour and a half later than I had booked for. They then said my hair (shoulder length) was classified as a long blow dry so I would have to pay more. Also if I wanted curls in a blow dry it was an extra £10 too... never heard of this in a salon! I had pre paid and left without a blow dry and still waiting for my money back
