I had a cut and blow dry with Colette and she was great. I love my hair cut and we had a great chat. She blow dried my hair nicely and I felt like she really listened to what I wanted, I'll definitely be coming back.

Bit disappointed with the service, thestaff are quite focused on selling their products and upselling services. The cut was okay but rushed and not quite what i wanted, the colour turned out darker than i wanted. Was left alone and waiting for periods of time with a delay and felt that other clients were given somewhat preferential treatment. Not quite what i hoped for and therefore wont be returning. They should retrain staff on service and stop them pushing their extra sell on items it ruins the experience and is stressful.
