My first time in the salon and I was thrilled with experience. They took real care with my hair and the end result was exactly what I wanted! (:
Colette was amazing, highly recommend and the atmosphere was fab in the salon too. I'll be going back 100% for my next cut !!
Good saloon only thing is I could have been provided with more information on the hair conditioning treatment they did for me.
Have been in this salon three times via Treatwell and two times they got my appointment wrong, causing inconvenience. When I booked directly with hob salon, they still didn't have my appointment! On my last visit, which was prepaid treatment I was asked If I want to cut my hair a bit. I agreed as I knew I need a trim. A surprise came when I had to pay additional £ 54 (apparently already with a special 20% discount) on the top of my prepaid treatment. I would never agreed to this If was was inform about the cost. For me it was just a trim! Disappointed, definitely not going back.
