Overall it was a great experience! The only things that I didn't quite like were: the robe style and the hairdresser not cleaning the hairs off my face and neck. To give you more details: I think the overall piece of material protects one's clothes and skin better as opposed to the HOB's one. HOB's robe has rather short sleeves, no neck protection and has the opening in front, which exposed my trousers to the hairs as well. As a result, my wrists, trousers and neck were covered in hairs. For the neck, other salons sometimes use a soft tape, which I personally find very useful. At the end, otherwise nice and accommodating master didn't try to clean the hairs off me at all.
