The salon was a little dusty and actually made me start sneezing. The hair treatment was nice but I wasn't that satisfied with the cut -- there wasn't as much shape as we had discussed and it was suggested that my hair was air dried instead of a blowdry, which left me as a ball of frizz a half hour after leaving the salon.
Lucy my hairdresser was absolutely amazing! She gave me a great consultation and even took the time to explain how to care for my hair at home and gave me some styling tips. She is a very confident hairdresser and knows exactly what she is doing as well as listening to my concerns and what I would like. Down side to my visit to HOB Belsize was they were half hour late from my original booking time but did apologise and offered a hot drink etc. Staff were all lovely and very friendly. I revived some new client vouchers for money off and have all ready rebooked my next cut.
