The staff are amazing, they greeted me when i first came in and remained attentive, kind and professional throughout my appointment (3 hours long! thank you ladies) , i'm not always one to be happy with my hair and have had many disasters with my hair. but the colorist and Hair stylist sat and spent time to listen to me and communicated with each other, to find out what i wanted and how we could not get to a mutual vision without imposing any ideas on me. reall made a difference. Also i got a great Latte from one of the staff members, fab really... only negative i can mention was that i felt water get in my ears when getting my hair washed, however the lady doing my hair was lovely and nothing ear buds couldn't fix.

I observe lack of consistency on the quality of the service provided. Wont go there again. Will go to Hob Baker street much better.
