Good haircut and highlights and the venue is clean and comfortable. However, staff were a bit distracted and very pushy with products and add-ons.
Craig was amazing - I'm so happy with my colour and he was very thorough about what he could do relative to my expectations from a photograph!

The team were great and so friendly and I felt very relaxed and not pushed into anything which is the experience I get sometimes in salons.
Going back for a colour next week.
