Sara took time to understand my hair type and texture and what I wanted it to look like. She is very knowledgeable and explained what she had in mind very well so that I could say if it's what I wanted or not. She made sure I understood what were my options and made me feel comfortable with having a few moments to discuss it and decide. I find that other salons sometimes they just rush you and I am happy this was not the case. The haircut was great and the Olaplex treatment very effective.

Nick was amazing - he understood the exact blonde colour I was after, and the style of fringe I liked. He achieved the perfect colour and cut and was friendly throughout my visit. The whole team at Hobs BP were lovely and welcoming and were super organised with the Covid regulations
I did not have Fiona instead they swapped my stylist to Jamie for a wash and blow dry. He barely consulted me and didn't listen to what I wanted. He decided to blow dry my hair the way he wanted. When I became frustrated at the lack of volume, he suddenly became more communicative, said he'd misunderstood and offered to rewash my hair and restyle. I did not want to to have my hair rewashed/restyled etc Who has time for that? I paid for flat hair. Not great.
