This was my first visit to this salon and I can't rate it enough. I went with some images of what I was hoping to achieve for both the colour and the length.
Maya was my colourist and she was amazing, she sat down and discussed the images I had, and how she could tailor that to suit me and my skin tone better. Lucy cut my hair, she also listened to what I wanted, discussed options and did an awesome job, she also curled it for me like the photos I'd brought in.
I left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Both girls were so super lovely and friendly, they listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would suit me. I came out with a totally new look, but it still felt like me, and I absolutely bloody love it! ❤️ I can't thank them enough.
A few past reviews said that they go for the hard sell, the girls told me about the products they were using but I didn't feel any pressure to buy them. When it came to rebooking they were quite relaxed about it, and mentioned that given the colour treatment I had it wouldn't need to come back too soon - 2 months was the suggestion, for a root touch up, which was more than reasonable, and given the service and the result I was more than happy to book up and can't wait for the next visit!
Good hair cut as usual, hairdresser left before end to consult new client for at least 10 minutes before returning to put gel in my hair.
Great service and amazing blow dry. Stylist took time to ensure I was happy with the end result. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service.
