I waited half an hour before I was seen to, however they were apologetic and I was looked after well. I had a cut and blow dry. Lucy made an effort to understand what I wanted and also made some good suggestions. She also explained all the products she used and wasn't pushy about selling them.

Lovely cut and blow dry but the highlights are not the colour I asked for. Also their Treatwell screen had gone down so my booking was only confirmed the day before.
