Haircut was good and staff are generally very friendly/helpful. A little pushy in trying to promote the products they use & treatments on offer, and Reception are very keen to get you to re-book your next appointment straight away. I understand this as obviously it will be direct for them (and not through Treatwell) but overall just leaves you feeling a little harassed at the end of the haircut! Still a good experience overall though.
I'm sorry to say I'm really disappointed with my treatment.
The staff were really nice but I didn't get the result I asked for and I was charged a lot extra. I did ask for Olaplex and I did buy a little bottle of it but I was charged an additional £50 for the colour service when I had been basically given a full head of highlights for long hair - which I had paid for on Treatwell, I don't think there was anything outside of that considering the result I received.
I found the shampooing etc. really painful. I have long hair that gets knotty quite easily and the girl washing my hair was dragging a comb through it not holding the base of the hair or brushing out the knotty ends first, literally just striking the comb through it all. I also had an Olaplex treatment which is quite sticky and the girl was trying to drag her fingers through my hair and it was so painful. Stupidly I didn't say anything though because it's pretty quiet in there and it would have caused a scene.
I honestly wished I had gone somewhere else for the amount of money I paid. My result was not what I asked for and I wasn't given an indication to begin with that it might not be achieved but I was after when it hadn't. I was told next time I will get the colour I wanted obviously after I spend more money. Sorry but I won't be going back.
