Staff member kept going out for cigarette and every time the salon smelled of it, found it a bit gross. The junior staff looks moody and they don't really communicate with customers. One of them was washing my hair and then just walked away few times in the middle with no word and at one point was away like +15min?? I got water dripping down my back, staff washing hair next to me spinkled some on me and didn't say anything. Maya was excellent tho, 10/10 end result,very friendly and professional.
Jamie was absolutely amazing, he understood my hair perfectly and gave me an a great cut. Thank you!
Great place. They made me feel really comfortable. Very happy with the experience

Love the staff. Some visitors were without masks for some time, while inside. Didn't feel comfortable because of it. Nevertheless got the desired result.
