It was my first visit and my first balayage. The result is okay though I would've liked a little more difference and visible effect.

The hair was ok, and the hairdresser was nice but not sure I would visit again.. The manager kept trying to up sell products and treatments which I found really annoying.
Unfortunately my booking via Treatwell was not register in Hob salon so had to reschedule my appointment. Recommend to check directly with salon if they have your booking. Staff was very pleasant and apologetic for the "incident". The colourist was very patient with my decision what colour to get. Very happy about the result. Not so about my haircut which was not a big haircut as I did ask only to cut the ends. The blow dry made me look 10 years older. I am afraid a stylist didn't get it. :-(
Staff were a bit rude and pushing products. Actual service was fine. Not great value for money.

Probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had. My hairdresser took the time to talk to me about things she thinks would help. Her attention to detail was great and I'm really happy with his results.
