Absolutely loved my treatment. Chloe was super friendly and completely understood what I wanted to do with my hair as I was getting a cut over a year after my last one. She was also very nice about giving advice for hair colouring and even called over Alex the colourist for an opinion on the hair colour I would eventually like to get. Already have myself booked to go back in again.

The salon called me to let me know that Chloe was running late which was useful and offered me a cup of tea when I arrived. She spent a few minutes discussing my very long / thick, curly hair especially as my last haircut was 8 months earlier! The end result was excellent compared to my previous experience at a local hairdresser. Chloe knew exactly what she was doing with my hair and I wouldn't hesitate to go back next time.
