The premises were clean and tidy but lacked atmosphere , my nail technician was nice however made a few unprofessional comments and the pedicure wasn’t the best, I don’t think the nail polish was the best quality as I needed a few too many coats for an even coverage which meant it smudged as soon as I left. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting again.

Awful. Its appaling I cant get my money back. Dirty gloves and tissues on the floor when I walked in. Stains on the towel,walls and seat. She kept hitting me as she was getting up and down from her seat.Flies around the bin. The worst ever spa experience.

Unsure whether to laugh or cry
Not expected despite pre-pay. Suspect lady never given a massage before and was stepping in. No privacy to undress, stayed in room, door open, no towel. Music played from phone placed next to my ear. Received multiple texts during unrelaxing 30 minute massage (volume on) and replied to at least 3. Highly unusual massage with no plan. All over the place and included back slapping, and head itching! Was like asked a random mate to massage you - tried but no clue!
