Lovely lady. She missed a few spots but quickly sorted it when I pointed them out.
Staff was very friendly, unfortunately, the ear piercing was not as straight forward, as there were some problems the device.
My Hollywood was appointment got the job done, however I won’t be returning for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the hotwax was like warm and when applied was uncomfortable (and took forever to dry) and secondly the wax itself was a mixture of strip wax and hotwax. Not what I was hoping for. Just didn’t feel like as luxurious as other places I’ve been.
The place isn't as nice as it looks in the photos but the lady who did my manicure was very nice. There are a couple of air bubbles in my shellac but overall a good experience.
