The venue itself was okay, but the therapy room was very brightly lit and the massage table was set up with grease proof paper rather than towels and something similar to a camping blanket was placed over me when laying on my back The lights were switched off during the treatment and there was fairly loud music coming from a little dock in the corner. The therapist did not seem to know what she was doing and seemed to have minimal training if any. She had little understanding of breath patterns and no sense of flow from one body part to another. After the massage was done she announced this and switched the lights back on offering no water, not great after a massage. Overall, would not recommend.
