Monika was great therapist really happy with my pedicure, great value for money
Basic looking place but nails were done efficiently and look beautiful. Lovely staff.
as soon as i went in the salon (i was 10min earlier) a lady (who was sitting on the sofa without shoes) asked me if i had an appointment and what time it was, without even standing up. she told me to sit down (next to her feet basically) waiting for the other lady who was ending an appointment.
She was keep laughing and sending voice messages with the phone (as she knew i didn't understand the language, probably Indian). I waited without even a glass of water offered by her. I'll never come again! you need to learn how to welcome a customer properly!!!!!
ps: nothing to say about the service and the blond girl who did it (she was good).
